Onion

  • Contains Phosphorus, Iron and Calcium and Vitamins Complex B and Vitamin C. Helps the body against infections, eliminates toxic substances by the kidneys, which results in minerals. The onion broth boiled with honey is good for colds, flu, cough, bronchitis and asthma. It opens the appetite, controls diseases of the stomach, is excellent against constipation, bloating, skin, throat, bone, bowel problems and diuretic. Rich in elements against infection.
